At Complete Party Boxes we ourselves, are online shoppers, so we
know how important it is to feel secure and confident when
purchasing online and using your credit card. Pay Pal does not
share any of your credit card details or financial details with us.
They only forward details that you have paid for you order
and they supply your personal details needed to process your
order (name, address, phone number, email address etc),
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NOT ACCEPT TO PROCESS MY
ORDER?
We will not process orders that do not include a landline phone
number, orders containing only a mobile phone number will not be
accepted.
We do not accept orders with a delivery address to a PO Box
unless by prior approval.
We also do not accept orders where the email address used is from a
free email account, eg Hotmail, Yahoo etc.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE POSTED ONCE I HAVE PLACED
IT?
At Complete Party Boxes, we are online shoppers ourselves. We
know how it feels placing the order and waiting for it to arrive
and sometimes that can take a long time. If we have the items you
have ordered in stock (which we will in most cases, however
sometimes an item becomes out of stock) and your payment has been
received (and has cleared) then your order will be dispatched
in usually 1 business day but up to 2 business days
(unless an item is out of stock).
Your order will not take, 4 or 5 or even 12 days to process
(UNLESS AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK). Once payment has been
confirmed and cleared, your order will be packed and dispatched and
you will receive an email once that is done giving you details on
estimated delivery times and a tracking number if
available.
WHAT IS AVAILABILITY OF STOCK?
All purchases at Complete Party Boxes are subject to availability.
We do our best to keep all of our products in stock, but from
time to time, some items may become out of stock. We will do
everything we can to try to get the item in time for your party.
When an item becomes out of stock we will contact you by
phone or email to let you know that an item is out of stock and
give you an idea of when the item is due back in stock. You
will then let us know, from the following options, how you wish to
proceed with your order.
1. Put your order on hold until the out of stock item arrives in
then ship your order when all items are in stock.
2. We can deliver the rest of your order immediately and notify you
when the stock come in and ship it immediately.
3. You can cancel the out of stock item from your order and you
will receive a refund for that item, in the form of a cheque, with
your order.
WHAT IS YOUR SUBSTITUTION POLICY?
Our Substitution policy applies to our filled party favor boxes.
From time to time products become out of stock or discontinued and
it is for this reason Complete Party Boxes has a substitution
policy. Complete Party Boxes may from time to time substitute
a product, contained in the filled party favor boxes, with another
product and this substituted product will be of equal or greater
value.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERIES TO THE GOLD COAST?
There is free delivery available to a limited area around the Gold
Coast for orders over $50.00 (free delivery does not apply to
orders with a delivery address to PO Boxes).
The delivery areas are from the beach, west to the M1
motorway and is north to Hope Island (including Sanctuary Cove) and
south to Burleigh only. For free delivery to the limited Gold
Coast area, place orders online and your postage charges will be
refunded, you may also place your order online up but not put
through your payment and pay by direct deposit or cash if you are
picking the order up from us. Gold Coast orders may also be
picked up most weekdays by appointment only.
