DELIVERY
INFORMATION
We will
dispatch your order the next business day, in most cases.
As a number of our products are imported from overseas,
sometimes delays are experienced. However you will be informed as
soon as possible after placing your order if there is a delay in
product availability. Payment method can also delay the
dispatch of your order. Orders that have been paid for by
cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared (up to 5
business days). Your order will be sent with either Fastway
Couriers or Australia Post, this will be decided by Complete Party
Boxes.
Once
your order has been dispatched, delivery with Australia Post
Registered parcel post can take, in Queensland 1 to 3
business days and 1 to 7 business days in all other state
capitals and up to 10 business days to regional areas of
Australia. Express post is available for an extra charge if you are
in a hurry.
Delivery
with Fastway Couriers will generate a tracking number. Once
your order has been dispatched with Fastway Couriers we will email
you the label number from your package so you are able to track the
progress of your package. Deliveries with both Australia Post
Registered Post and Fastway Couriers will require a signature on
delivery. With Fastway Couriers, if you are not at home to
sign for your delivery, a card will be left in your mail box for
you to contact to arrange redelivery. If contact is not made
the package is returned to us. Complete Party Boxes will send
you an email once the order has been dispatched so please take note
of the estimated delivery times stated in that email, so you know
to keep an eye out for the calling card, if you were not home to
take delivery. If the estimated delivery time has passed by a
day or two and no sign of the package, please contact Fastway
Couriers and quote your tracking number or contact us and we will
contact Fastway on your behalf.
If a
package is returned to us, by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers
through incorrect or insufficent delivery information being given
to us by the customer (so we may label or pass the information
on to the delivery company) or if delivery has been attempted and
the customer has not responded to the card, then the cost to resend
the package is at the customers expense and the package will not be
resent until the extra postage charges have been paid. If a
package is returned to us and the customer does not wish for us to
resend the package then a refund will be given for the products
ordered only, postage and handling charges will not be refunded.
DELIVERY
MODE
We
deliver anywhere in Australia.
Orders
to Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and outside
major and certain regional cites will be delivered by
Australia Post. Orders to major cities
within Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia
and ACT and some major regional towns in Queensland, New South
Wales, Victoria and South Australia depending on order size, will
be delivered by Fastway Couriers.
There is
no delivery to PO Boxes unless by prior
arrangement.
Complete
Party Boxes reserves the right to choose the appropriate
shipping/postal company. Orders with Complete Party Boxes
will be sent as Registered Post by Australia Post Parcel
Post or by Fastway couriers.

limited Gold Coast deliveries there is free shipping, however
conditions do apply, see below under Gold Coast

business grows our postage charges will reduce as we will have
access to better bulk postage prices.

GOLD
COAST DELIVERIES:
There is free delivery available to a limited area around the Gold
Coast for orders over $60.00. The delivery areas are from the
beach, west to the M1 motorway and is north to Hope Island
(including Sanctuary Cove) and south to Burleigh only. For
free delivery to the limited Gold Coast area, place orders online
and your postage charges will be refunded, you may also place your
order online up but not put through your payment and pay by direct
deposit or cash if you are picking the order up from us. Gold
Coast orders may also be picked up most weekdays by
appointment only.
RETURNS
INFORMATION
RETURNS
POLICY: Complete
Party Boxes makes every effort to make sure that the products we
sell are of the highest quality. We are happy to offer a
replacement item or a full refund should the goods you receive are
defective or become faulty soon after buying them. Should you
receive a defective or faulty product please contact Complete Party
Boxes as soon as possible providing details of how the goods are
defective or faulty, by email on
returns@completepartyboxes.com.au or by phone. Once you have
contacted Complete Party Boxes we will email or fax you a returns
form which will contain your Customer Returns Number. You
will then need to return the defective or faulty product for
assessment, the cost of returning the item to Complete Party Boxes
is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with
their original packaging with the original quantity in that
packaging. Items will not be accepted if any items are
missing from the original packet. Once assessed as defective
of faulty the product will be replaced or a refund will be given.
Complete
Party Boxes will not accept returns or offer refunds if you change
your mind, no longer want the item or you have ordered too many or
chose the wrong item.
Once
assessed, should the returned product be found to not have
a fault or is not defective or if the product has
been damaged by misuse or through normal wear and tear, the product
will be returned at the customers expense.
REFUND
POLICY: Complete
Party Boxes will not refund the shipping charges (unless an order
is cancelled before dispatch).
Orders
that are returned to Complete Party Boxes by the courier, after
delivery was attempted and the customer did not contact the courier
company to arrange redelivery, will have the option of paying extra
postage charges to have the parcel resent or to have their order
refunded, in which case the postage and handling charges will not
be refunded.
METHOD
OF REFUND: Refund
will be given by either a cheque in the mail or by the same method
as originally paid. This is at the discretion of Complete
Party Boxes. Refunds will take up to two weeks to be
processed once goods are assessed as faulty or damaged.
DAMAGED
IN TRANSIT: For
goods damaged in transit, when the order has been sent by Australia
Post, please contact Australia Post regarding the damage.
Goods
damaged in
transit must be reported to Complete Party Boxes within two days of
receiving the goods. This can be done by sending an email
to us at returns@completepartyboxes.com.au or by fax.
The damaged item(s) must be returned to Complete Party Boxes
for assessment along with
your receipt. The goods must be packaged well and are returned to
Complete Party Boxes at the customers expense. This
does not apply if the packaging alone is damaged. Once
item(s) have been assessed as damaged then the item(s) will be
replaced immediately. Where a replacement is out of stock the
customer will be contacted by phone.
PACKING
AND SENDING YOUR RETURN: When
returning goods to Complete Party Boxes the goods must be packed
well, with enough padding so as to avoid any damage in the post.
The goods are the responsibility of the customer and they
must look after the goods until the are returned. The cost of
shipping the return back to Complete Party Boxes is at the expense
