HOW TO
ORDER
ONLINE:
Click on
the add to cart button beside the item you wish to order, select
the quantity and when you are ready to check out follow the
instructions to finalise your order by selecting "GO TO CHECKOUT",
from here you enter your name and address details. (Please
Note: We do not accept orders to PO Boxes, unless by prior
approval. We need a landline phone number included in your
order, we also require a phone number to contact you on during
business hours (should there be a problem with delivery), this may
be a mobile or landline number. if a mobile phone number ONLY
is given then the order will not be accepted. We will
not accept an order when the email address stated is
a free email address. If you have any special delivery
instructions that you would like us to add to your order then
once your order is placed, send an email to
orders@completepartyboxes.com.au and quote your order number and
the special delivery instructions you would like added to your
address label. You will then need to select "CONTINUE", you
will then be asked to check your details and select "SUBMIT" you
will then be transferred to Pay Pals secure server, which may take
up to 5 seconds.
Once you're at the Pay Pal Payment Page you will be asked
to choose either:
1."Have
a Pay Pal account" -
where you will log in and follow the prompts
OR
2."Don't have
a Pay Pal account" -
where you don't have a pay pal account and want to pay securely
with your credit card, click secure checkout, then fill in the
details for payment, DEFINATELY NO JOINING REQUIRED .
Once filled in you will select "continue checkout" where you
will be asked to review that your details are correct and select
PAY to complete your payment . Until all of these steps
are followed payment will not be complete and your order will not
be finalised. YOU DO NOT NEED TO JOIN PAYPAL, you just fill
in your details as you would with any other credit card
merchant.
If you
prefer not to pay by credit card, you will need to follow the steps
above and "SUBMIT" your order, once you have received your email
from orders@completepartyboxes.com.au with your order number,
please email us with your order number and let us know that you
wish to pay by direct deposit or money order and we will email you
the bank details for direct deposit or print up a copy of your
order and post it along with your money order to ORDERS DEPARTMENT

Orders

BY
MAIL: Print
out a copy of the final page of your shopping cart or print up a
copy of the order

complete it and mail to Complete Party Boxes Order Department, PO
Box 6453, GCMC, 9726, Queensland. Payment, for by mail orders
at this time, is by Cheque (order will not be dispatched until
cheque has cleared, normally 5 days), Money Order or Direct Deposit
only. On receiving your order we will fax or email you an
order confirmation to let you know your order has been received and
is underway. For payment by direct deposit, we will include
the bank details for you to pay, please include your order number
from your confirmation with the direct deposit so we know the
payment is from you. Orders with payment by direct deposit
will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Once
payment has been received (and if payment was by cheque,
cheque's have cleared) orders will be dispatched the
next business day (in most cases).

PHONE: Orders
taken over the phone will have a confirmation sent to them by email
or by fax. Payment
of phone orders at this time is by cheque (order not dispatched
until cheque clears), money order, or direct deposit or if paying
by credit card, an invoice will be sent to you by email with
instructions to click through to the secure server to pay. Once you
have phoned with an order an order confirmation will be faxed
or emailed to you, for direct deposit we will include our bank
details for direct deposit, please make sure that you include your
order number that is on your confirmation if paying by direct
deposit so that we know the order is from you, if you prefer we can
call you with the bank details and order confirmation number if it
is not provided to you at the time of ordering. For Cheque

may be placed by email and an order confirmation will be email to
you. Please include your name, street address, phone number,
email address, date of the party (if applicable). Please

card details in the email. Also include the item number, quantity,

payment has been received (if payment was by cheque and
cheque's have cleared) orders will be dispatched the

ORDERS -If there
is something that you were wanting and we don't keep it in stock,
you are welcome to contact us
about a
special order. We will do whatever we can to track down or
try to source the item for you. However once you have placed
an order for a special item we will send you an email on the cost
of the item and you will then need to confirm via email that you
wish to proceed with the special order. Once you have sent
your confirmation you will not be able to cancel the
order.
CANCELLATION
OF AN ORDER- You may
cancel your order in writing via email to orders@completepartyboxes.com.au or
fax on 07 55384700, no later than 12hours after your order was
placed, for a full refund, please include in your email or fax all
of your order number, name, address, phone number, email and
fax number (if applicable). Once an
order has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel the
order.
